Mama & Hapa’s Zero Waste Shop claims to be “Portland’s newest zero waste shop.”
It might be new — but it’s also amazing.
They specialize in dispensers, and there are currently 30+ available in-store, from shampoo to all-purpose cleaner. You just need to visit the store, dispense — and pay.
What else? Mama & Hapa’s Zero Waste Shop sells all kinds of household goods, from car wash to dish soap! They even sell glass cleaner and straw swabs.

Marley’s Monsters
Marley’s Monsters sells handmade fabric and wood goods such as un-paper towels, bowl covers, washable sponges, and some super cute snack bags.
And as the name of the store surely suggests, they also specialize in “baby and mama” essentials, including cloth wipes, which are available in an array of colors.
Everything is unique, eco-friendly and — perhaps more importantly — you’ll find lots of reusable stuff here.
And in case you were curious, Sarah is Marley and Fox’s mom, and she founded the store after deciding she wanted to combine her twin passions of making stuff with helping others reduce their plastic usage.

Simple Sundries
Simple Sundries sells waste-free household products, such as dish soaps, shampoo, hand and body lotion, and shower sponges. They also have a refill center that’s open on Sundays between 10am and one in the afternoon where you can pop in and refill your containers on site.
You can buy online and choose either delivery or pick-up, and you can also donate your plastic bottles, which will then be reused (they’ll clean, refill, and donate them).
