In our new Guide & Map series, we're guiding you through the greenest, most sustainable and conscious businesses out there. We already shared Florida's zero waste favorites, and today we will continue the journey all over to the online world. 🛸
While today's selection of online zero waste stores is U.S.-focused, most of these stores offer fast, affordable, and plastic-free international shipping.
Let's dive in!

Californians Max and Lily founded a perfect store to help you with your zero waste needs with a — you guessed it — minimalist philosophy in mind.
They have a large selection of kitchen, bathroom, beauty, and cleaning essentials as well as goods for babies and moms.

Specialties: Beauty products as well as a Zero Waste Starter Kit.
Shipping: Free shipping on all orders over $50. They currently only ship in the U.S. but are planning to expand to Canada soon.

3. Zerovana
Zerovana founders Nami and Anjan started re-evaluating their consumption choices and habits massively after they brought their pup Leo home for the first time. They wanted to make a conscious, sustainable lifestyle accessible to people around them, too, and that is how the store was born.
Now in Zerovana store, they offer a variety of zero waste classics as well as a selection of handmade and fair-trade goods. Sweet!
Specialties: Handmade products and gift sets.
Shipping: Currently, free on continental U.S. orders over $49, or $4.99 flat otherwise. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your order and shipping method chosen.

5. Reco
Here's one for the UK folks! Reco is a new store founded by Londoners Andy and Amy who decided to do something about the abundance of single-use products after a trip to Cape Town. They even started the hashtag #singleusesucks, and we couldn't agree more.
Reco offers reusable and sustainable alternatives to single-use products with a heavy focus on kitchen and bathroom essentials.
Specialties: Reco has a subscription service that delivers different kinds of vegan soap bars for different needs (shampoo, shaving, conditioner, body, etc.) at the start of each month. At the moment, the subscription is available for UK residents only.
Shipping: Delivery within the UK is free if you order over £25. Delivery is available to the rest of Europe, the U.S., and Canada, but the pricing is calculated by weight.
